Please note, that instructions may vary between different Android phones.
To add your college emails to an Android device, we recommend downloading the Microsoft Outlook app. If it isn't already installed on your phone, you will need to download it from the Google Play Store.
Set up Outlook for Android for the first time
- Open the Outlook for Android app on your Android device.
- Select Add Account to add one of your existing email accounts.
- Enter your CRSid as the email address, followed by your University password and multi-factor authentication.
If Outlook tries to detect and pre-select an email account and it's incorrect, you can tap Skip this account and enter your CRSid as before.
Set up another email account in Outlook for Android
- Open the Outlook for Android app on your Android device.
- Open the Menu button (three lines in the top-left corner), and then select Settings.
- Select Add Account to add one of your existing email accounts.
- Tap Add an email account, and then enter your CRSid, followed by your University password and multi-factor authentication.
Once done, you should be able to switch between your accounts using the navigation on the left side of the screen.
