What if my mobile is damaged?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a mobile repair service. If your mobile is damaged and you require a new one, you will need to discuss with your Line Manager if you are able to order a replacement.
Alternatively, you can organise a repair yourself but we are unable to recommend any companies that can repair phones.
