What is Eduroam?

Eduroam is the University’s wireless network. Once connected, you will automatically connect to Wi-Fi anywhere in Cambridge, and at other educational institutions where there is an Eduroam connection. You can find out more at eduroam.org.

What devices can I connect to Eduroam?

Mobiles phones, tablets and computers.

How do I connect to Eduroam?

  1. The first step is to create a network access token on the University’s token webpage (you will need your CRSid and password to access the site). This will provide you with a username and password to connect to Eduroam.
    TIP: the token password will be displayed just once when generated - so only create the token when you are ready to use it
  2. Once you have created your token, follow the relevant instructions below to connect your device to the network.
