Login to People XD (if you have a University CRSid)

These instructions are for staff with a University IT account (CRSid) if you don't have a university CRSid see the instructions Login to People XD (Casual staff without a University CRSid).

Step 1: Receive Invitation

  • Check your CRSid (xxxxx@cam.ac.uk ) email for an invitation to join People XD.
  • It may appear in your inbox, spam, or junk folder. The email will come from    Access EVO with the subject 'Sign up to Access Evo'
  • If you’re unsure about your CRSid email (xxxxx@cam.ac.uk ) please contact your manager to check in VLOOKUP University lookup service or reach out to the IT support team for assistance.
  • Once you receive the email, click the Join button within it. Alternatively, you can use the following link to access the platform: https://go.accessacloud.com/o/stjcp

Step 2: Login

  • Enter your CRSid email (xxxxxx@cam.ac.uk ) and click Next.
  • Then, input your college account password and Sign in. This is the same password you use to log into your system, including your email (xxxx@cam.ac.uk). If you’re unsure of your password, please contact the IT support team, and they will reset it for you.

Step 3: Authentication

  • Once you sign in, you will need to authenticate.
  • In your Microsoft authenticator app, enter the prompted number, approve the request, and you will be able to log in to people XD.

If you haven’t downloaded the Microsoft Authenticator app or are logging into your account for the first time after receiving your CRSid email and password.

Please sign in to a http://office.com/ (Microsoft 365 app) using your University IT account (CRSid email & Password).

We recommend using a desktop computer or similar device for the initial setup. You will need to scan a QR code on the screen using your phone. If needed, please contact your manager to access a desktop or reach out to the IT support team.
