If you've forgotten your University Account password (formerly known as Raven), you can reset it using two methods.
University Information Services (UIS) have a page on their IT Help and Support site which they keep up to date with how to reset your password using self-service password recovery.
Request a Password Reset Token
If you are unable to make use of the self-service password recovery, the St. John's IT Support team are able to allocate you a password reset token to reset your password.
Please note we may need to confirm your identity via an in-person visit or a video call with your University ID card.
