Your University Account

When you join St. John's College, an account is made for you with the University. This is referred to as your University Account, but is also referred to as your CRSid or Raven account.

This account is used across a large selection of systems across the University and within St. John's College. It allows you to maintain one set of account credentials instead of credentials for each system.

Account Security

As your account is used across a variety of services in the University, you should ensure you use a secure password and keep your multi-factor authentication secure as well. If you suspect your password is compromised, you should take steps to change it immediately.

You should only make use of your own University account and should not share an account with another member of the University. If you require a University account and don't have one, you should raise an issue with the IT Support team who will be able to advise further.
